On-site payment

On-site registration and payment will be held at TBA, during the conference period.
We will provide the receipt to you at the conference site.

Refund Announcement

For participants who already paid the registration fee, if you are unable to attend to the conference, the following refund policy is in place:

• Full refund can be issued to your original account if requested before June 1, 2025.
• 50% refund can be issued to your original account if requested between June 2, 2025 and June 15, 2025.
• No refund can be issued on or after June 16, 2025.

Note: Any charges incurred during the refund process will be covered by the requester.

Mini-Symposium Submission

Note: We strongly recommend having at least two (2) sessions for the mini-symposium. Each session consists of four (4) presentations, each lasting 20–25 minutes. We also recommend including presenters other than the mini-symposium organizers.
