For participants who already paid the registration fee, if you are unable to attend to the conference, the following refund policy is in place:
Note: Any charges incurred during the refund process will be covered by the requester.
Note: We strongly recommend having at least two (2) sessions for the mini-symposium. Each session consists of four (4) presentations, each lasting 20–25 minutes. We also recommend including presenters other than the mini-symposium organizers.
To submit a mini-symposium proposal, please fill out the Google Form.
If you are unable to access the Google Form and would like to submit a mini-symposium proposal, please download the TeX files of the proposal and abstract from the link provided and adhere to the submission instructions. Fill up the downloaded TeX files and submit the entries to easiam2025inmanila[at]gmail.com. Please make sure to specify in the subject line whether your submission is classified as [MINISYMPOSIUM], [ORAL], or [POSTER], followed by the title of your minisymposium or paper.
To pre-register and obtain a letter of invitation or to submit your abstract, please complete the Google Form.

The Organizing Committee aims to create a high-quality scientific program, with Satellite Meetings on July 4, 2025, enhancing the main program by addressing timely topics in Industrial and Applied Mathematics.
We encourage you to contribute by submitting a proposal for a Satellite Meeting on any topic related to Industrial and Applied Mathematics. The following guidelines outline the procedures for submitting Satellite Meeting proposals.

If you are unable to access the Google Form and would like to submit a satellite meeting, please email easiam2025inmanila[at]gmail.com, ensuring that the details mentioned above are included. Additionally, kindly specify in the subject line that your submission is categorized as [SATELLITE], followed by the title of your satellite meeting.
All approved Satellite Meetings will be held on July 4, 2025, at De La Salle University.
