On-site registration and payment will be held at TBA, during the conference period.
We will provide the receipt to you at the conference site.

Refund Announcement

For participants who already paid the registration fee, if you are unable to attend to the conference, the following refund policy is in place:

• • Full refund can be issued to your original account if requested before June 1, 2025.
• • 50% refund can be issued to your original account if requested between June 2, 2025 and June 15, 2025.
• • No refund can be issued on or after June 16, 2025.

Note: Any charges incurred during the refund process will be covered by the requester.

Mini-Symposium Submission

Note: We strongly recommend having at least two (2) sessions for the mini-symposium. Each session consists of four (4) presentations, each lasting 20–25 minutes. We also recommend including presenters other than the mini-symposium organizers.

To submit a mini-symposium proposal, please fill out the Google Form.

If you are unable to access the Google Form and would like to submit a mini-symposium proposal, please download the TeX files of the proposal and abstract from the link provided and adhere to the submission instructions. Fill up the downloaded TeX files and submit the entries to easiam2025inmanila[at]gmail.com. Please make sure to specify in the subject line whether your submission is classified as [MINISYMPOSIUM], [ORAL], or [POSTER], followed by the title of your minisymposium or paper.

On-line Pre-registration and Abstract Submission

To pre-register and obtain a letter of invitation or to submit your abstract, please complete the Google Form.

If you cannot access the Google Form and wish to submit your abstract, download the TeX file of the abstract from the link provided and adhere to the submission instructions. Fill up the downloaded TeX files and submit the entry to easiam2025inmanila[at]gmail.com. Please make sure to specify in the subject line whether your submission is classified as [MINISYMPOSIUM], [ORAL], or [POSTER], followed by the title of your minisymposium or paper.

Satellite Meeting Proposal Submission

The Organizing Committee aims to create a high-quality scientific program, with Satellite Meetings on July 4, 2025, enhancing the main program by addressing timely topics in Industrial and Applied Mathematics.

We encourage you to contribute by submitting a proposal for a Satellite Meeting on any topic related to Industrial and Applied Mathematics. The following guidelines outline the procedures for submitting Satellite Meeting proposals.

• •  The Satellite Meeting title.
• •  Type of meeting: Workshop, Networking Reception, Training Session, etc.
• •  Organizers' names and affiliations (max. 2): At least one organizer must serve as chair(s) of the meeting.
• •  Summary of the proposed activity: Specify its goals and broad appeal to participants of EASIAM2025.
• •  The structure of the meeting is free, with the only limitation of the time slot scheduled for it.
• •  Confirmation from the proposed speakers (e.g., email or verbal acceptance).
• •  The meeting can be conducted in a language other than English if appropriately justified.
• •  We strongly recommend organizers to create a simple webpage (e.g., Google Site) for the meeting.

Additionally, kindly specify in the subject line that your submission is categorized as [SATELLITE], followed by the title of your satellite meeting.

All approved Satellite Meetings will be held on July 4, 2025, at De La Salle University.
